- How to login to the IAWL Holiday Games hub:
- Login at https://www.mylifetime.com/holidaygames by clicking the “Login to play” option on the menu (menu bar on desktop OR the three red lines on top right on mobile devices) or on the hub homepage (“Login to Play” text underneath the YouTube player). When you do, you’ll see a prompt to enter your email address:
- If you previously registered, please enter the same email address that you registered with. When you enter a registered email address, it should automatically log you in.
- If you’re not registered yet with the email address that you entered on the previous page, you’ll be asked to fill out a form to complete the registration/login process – it will look something like this, with the email addressed you just entered already populated:
- The following fields must be filled in:
- Login at https://www.mylifetime.com/holidaygames by clicking the “Login to play” option on the menu (menu bar on desktop OR the three red lines on top right on mobile devices) or on the hub homepage (“Login to Play” text underneath the YouTube player). When you do, you’ll see a prompt to enter your email address:

- First Name
- Last Name
- Display Name (this is the name that will be displayed on the Leaderboard – if you happen to be among the Top 100 point-getters. If the Display Name you have selected is already in use, you will get an error message that the name is already taken and you’ll be asked to choose a different one.)
- State (please choose the U.S. State that you’re in)
- There are four checkboxes – 3 of which are required to be checked before you can log in. Please be sure you’ve read the terms, rules, and are old enough to enter the hub and then check off the following required boxes:
- “I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age.”
- “I have read and agreed to the It’s A Wonderful Lifetime Bingo Night Official Rules and 30 Days of Merry Giveaways rules.”
- “I have been provided notice of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.”
- Once all required fields/boxes have been populated, the “LOGIN” button should turn bright red. Click “LOGIN” to continue the login process.
- You should now be logged in.
- If the above LOGIN steps are completed and you still have trouble logging in, please take the following steps:
- Make sure you don’t see any errors under any of the required fields on the LOGIN form.
- Take a screenshot of your login page screen and send to the customer care team
- Check your device and browser to make sure you’re using a supported device, OS, and/or web browser.

- If you’re logged in but are having issues with BINGO or 30 DAYS OF MERRY GIVEAWAYS:
- Check that you’re playing during an active entry window for BINGO or 30 DAYS OF MERRY GIVEAWAYS time period. The exact entry times are listed under the Official Rules:
