The error code "0033: The customer is not authorized for the content requested" indicates that you may not have a TV package that gives access to all Lifetime and LMN content.
If you have an account with one of our TV providers but your package only includes internet service, or our channels are not included in your TV channel lineup, you will not be able to access locked content in our apps and on our website.
There are also a few movies in the Lifetime app that also require LMN to be part of your TV package's channel lineup. If you're receiving this error only on certain movies, it is likely because you are trying to access an LMN movie, but LMN is not included in your TV package. You can check which movies are included only with LMN here: https://www.mylifetime.com/lmn/movies
We recommend that you reach out to your TV provider to check whether both Lifetime and LMN are included in your TV package and make any upgrades needed to access all of our content.
