If you are hearing an extra narrator describing the action or setting in a show you're watching, you may be hearing the Audio Description Service or Descriptive Video Service (DVS), which is made available to audiences who are blind or visually impaired. You can turn this feature on or off through your TV or cable settings using your TV's remote.
If you're not sure how to turn this service off in your settings, please check with the Help Center for your TV provider for instructions.
