If you are hearing Spanish audio on a Lifetime show you're watching, you may be hearing the Secondary Audio Programming (SAP), which is made available to Spanish-speaking viewers. You can turn the SAP feature on or off through your TV or cable settings using your TV's remote.
If you're not sure how to turn this service off in your settings, please check with the Help Center for your TV provider for instructions.
